Business Travel

We welcome business travellers and provide all that you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Our fully-equipped Cottages are an ideal alternative to a hotel, particularly when you'll be staying for more than 2 or 3 nights. More space, more flexibility, more independence, and a more economical option. With cooking facilities of your own, a more homely option too.

All the Cottages are self-contained, with their own entrance. Each has full gas central heating with easy to use temperature controls in each room, plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. Initial supplies of all essentials are provided (such as tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, etc.)
Weekly Housekeeping visits are included - done while you’re at work, so you’ll return to find the Cottage cleaned, bed(s) changed, and fresh towels laid out for you.
The cottages are in a quiet location and all bedrooms have blackout curtains (important if you’ll be working a night-shift!).

Chapel Cottage is perfect for when you're working away on your own, and one of the two-bedroom Cottages ideal if you want more space, or for sharing with a colleague. And, we can accommodate a team of colleagues when all 3 Cottages are booked together. See the Group Stays page also.

We also welcome business travellers on longer stays - ‘block-bookings’ discounts may apply too.

Our Cottages are ideally located for working in the area, with easy access to Sizewell, Leiston, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, Martlesham and Ipswich, etc., and excellent transport links. Less than 1 mile to the A12, and 250 yards to Saxmundham Railway Station.

All the Cottages are just 5 mins walk to the High Street - so pubs, restaurants, takeaways, shops and supermarkets are close by.

For longer stays, we have on-site Laundry Facilities too.

Prices start at £70 per night for a 7-night stay in the one bedroom cottage or just £99 per night in one of the two bedroom cottages (£49 each, for two colleagues sharing).
