Short Breaks
Take a break you - deserve it!
A few days away will make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated, whether you’re in need of a break from a busy work schedule or would just welcome a change of scene.
Choose a Weekend Break or a Mid-Week Break, whichever suits you best. We can offer you the flexibility of a cosy Cottage for one or two, a larger Cottage for up 4 people, or the option to book the group of Holiday Cottages to sleep up to 10 people in total.
Short Breaks are priced at approximately 75% of the Weekly rate, so prices vary according to the time of year. Take a look at our Availability Chart to see Pricing, or get in touch for any Last Minute Late Availability offers.
Weekend Breaks
Weekend Breaks are usually 3-nights (Fri, Sat & Sun nights), arriving Friday afternoon and staying until Monday morning. Arrival time is usually around 4pm and Departure time by 10am on the Monday. Later Arrivals on Friday can be catered for (if arranged in advance), or you can choose to arrive Saturday instead. You can also Depart Sunday evening if you cannot stay until Monday, so you have complete flexibility. There is a Train service from London-Liverpool Street to Saxmundham Railway Station, and very good local buses and taxi services – so you won’t even need the car. Mid-Week Breaks
Mid-Week Breaks are usually 4-nights (Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs nights), arriving Monday afternoon and departing Friday morning. Mid-Week Breaks offer exceptional value as they are priced the same as a Weekend Break – so you get 4-nights mid-week for the same price as 3-nights at the weekend! A Mid-Week Break is perfect for you if you’re not tied to work or other commitments on weekdays. Week days are often quieter, but there’s still plenty to do in the area. Make the most of our ‘4 for 3’ and book your next Mid-Week Break. Check Availability…
